Summary

Biyadhoo is a peaceful and very simple resort that has one of the Maldives' finest house reefs. A haven for divers with a wealth of sites nearby, Biyadhoo Island offers a variety of water sports and themed dinners. Spread over an area of 25 acres of the island and spaced around palm filled gardens, the two story buildings have balconies or private patios leading down to white sands. You would not ask for a better resort than Biyadhoo Island Resort hotel surrounded with beautiful fruit trees with a good high quality dive centre.

In our opinion

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is wonderful. The west side of the hotel has a superior beach while east side has a wonderful reef. Overall the resort offers good value for money and comes highly recommended. The transfers from/to airport are very smooth.

The resort offers 96 beautifully decorated rooms simple but tastefully furnished, accommodated in two-story buildings close to the beach. Each room has five star amenities and there are special rooms for families. Rooms include bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, mini-bar, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer and private balcony or terrace.

The resort has appointed specialist chefs to fulfil the requirements of the guests and serve delicious cuisines in the main open air restaurant (a la carte). Local cuisines are the attraction of the hotel that definitely will be a special treat for your taste buds. Variety of wines and cocktails can be enjoyed in the traditional setting of the hotel. Breakfast and lunch are buffets; dinners are set according to the choices of the guests. Activities on the Resort include Badminton, volleyball, Canoeing, windsurfing, catamaran, snorkelling, PADI dive centre, Excursions to neighbouring islands and plenty of evening entertainment.
